Furry cure for solitary disease
Soft rosy kitty paw
Hides sharp hook kitty claw
Fur on your lips
One kiss too much
You lose access to touch
Then claws come out
Light switch flick scratch and nick
You’ve been cut you’ve been tricked
Beloved animal runs from your grip
Out the door tomcat slips
An escaped convict
